Bin Bros collects only what we need to clean your bins, bill you and keep in touch about your service. We don't sell your personal information.
What we collect
- Your name, phone number, email, service address, ZIP code, trash day and notes you give us.
- Your plan, bookings, cleanings, reward points, referral and partner codes.
- Payment details are entered on Stripe's secure checkout. We never see or store your full card number.
- How you found us: ad and link details such as campaign names and click IDs from Google or Facebook ads.
How we use it
To schedule and perform cleanings, take payments, send receipts and service texts or emails, run rewards and referrals, prevent fraud, and learn which ads work.
Who we share it with
Only companies that help us run the service: Stripe for payments, our email and text-message providers, and our website host. If we use advertising tools such as Google Analytics or the Meta Pixel, they may set cookies to measure ad results. We'll ask for your consent where the law requires it.
Texts and emails
We text and email about your bookings, cleanings and account. Reply STOP to any text to opt out of non-essential texts.
Your choices
Text 832-716-8196 to see, correct or delete your information. We keep billing records as long as tax law requires.
Children
Our service is for adults; we don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
