Service Terms

These terms cover Bin Bros trash bin cleaning in Greater Houston. By booking, you agree to them. Questions: call or text 832-716-8196.

1. The service

We clean residential trash, recycling and yard-waste bins at the curb on your trash day, after collection. Each visit includes 2 bins. Extra bins are $8 per bin per cleaning, starting with the 3rd bin.

Bins must be empty and reachable at the curb. If we can't reach your bins and can't reach you, a $8 trip fee applies and we come back the next day to clean them.

2. Prices

Add-ons: curb-to-home return $5 per cleaning and bin pad wash $15 per cleaning, on as many of your monthly cleanings as you choose (from 1 up to all of them); deep clean $15 one time; house number decal $10 one time. Weekly is $99 whether a month has 4 or 5 trash days; extra bins and per-cleaning add-ons on Weekly are billed at 4 cleanings a month.

3. Subscriptions, billing and cancellation

• Plans renew automatically every month at the regular price and are charged to the card you saved at checkout, on the same date each month, until you cancel.
• Monthly plans have a 2-month minimum. After your 2nd paid month you can cancel anytime.
• To cancel, text 832-716-8196 with your name and address. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid month; you keep service until then. If you ask to cancel before the minimum, service and billing end after your 2nd paid month.
• If a payment fails, we retry and email you a link to update your card. Service may pause until the balance is paid.
• We'll give you at least 30 days' notice by email or text before changing your plan price.

4. October offer

From October 1 to October 31, 2026 (Houston time), new customers get 10% off the base plan price of their first subscription payment, or of their first one-time cleaning. One per household and address. It doesn't apply to extra bins or add-ons, and it can't be combined with referral credit; if both apply, you get whichever is worth more.

5. Bin Bros Rewards

You earn 10 points for each cleaning that is completed and paid for. 100 points can be redeemed for $5 of Bin Bros service credit, applied to a future bill. Points and credit have no cash value and can't be transferred. Points from a refunded cleaning are removed. We may change or end the program with 30 days' notice; credit already issued stays valid.

6. Give $5, get $5

When someone new books with your referral code, you each get $5 in service credit after their first payment goes through and we complete their first cleaning. The new customer must be a different person and household from you. Referral credit can't be combined with other offers, has no cash value, and is applied to future bills. We may cancel credits that come from fake, duplicate or self-referrals.

7. Bin Bros Partners

Approved partners earn a cash commission, currently $10, for each new customer who signs up for a monthly plan with the partner's code, after that customer's payment, first cleaning and a 14-day refund window. One commission per customer. Partners can't earn on their own household, and must not use spam or misleading ads. We may decline or end a partnership and void commissions tied to fraud or refunds. Partners are responsible for their own taxes; we may ask for a W-9 and issue tax forms as the law requires.

8. Care of your bins

We handle your bins with care. Tell us within 24 hours if you think we damaged something, and we'll make it right. We aren't responsible for damage that was already there or for normal wear on old bins.

10. General

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version, and changes don't affect cleanings you've already paid for. These terms are governed by Texas law.
